PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a board file and a product thereof are provided to prevent damage of a board plate and reduce noise even if a board file is fallen or impact is applied to rim of the board file because a guard is inject molded with flexible and soft synthetic resin materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a board file is as follows. A hard melted resin is injected into a board panel mold(15) to inject mold a hard board plate(10) and a wedge part(11) of the board plate is formed along rim. In a guard mold(25), the board plate is fixed and a soft melted resin is injected in order to be inject molded a soft guard(20) in the wedge part of the board plate.
