PURPOSE: A cosmetic steam cream composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enhance moisturizing effect of a cream, and to induce soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic steam cream composition with enhanced moisture content contains: de-ionized water, butyelen glycol, dicaprylyl carbonate, cetyl ethylhexanoate, spring water, shea buter, cyclopentasiloxane, cetearyl alcohol, cylcohexasiloxane, behenyl alcohol, hydrogenated vegetable oil, stearic acid, polysorbate 60, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer, arginine, acrylate/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, methyl methacrylate crosspolymer, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) seed oil, epilobium angustifolium leaf extract, sodium hyaluronate, geranium maculatum oil, rosmarinus officinalis(Rosemary leaf oil), Citrus Grandis(grapefruit peel oil), Citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel oil, and Lavandula Angustifolia(lavender) oil.
