PURPOSE: Producing method and apparatus of an emergency band-aid are provided to properly absorb the blood coming out from the wound, and prevent the band-aid from being separated from the skin. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of an emergency band-aid including a hydrocolloid layer formed on the rear side of a supporting body comprises the following: a dent unit(1a) filled with a hydrocolloid agent(11a) having the strong moisture absorbing property, and installed around on the outer circumference of the apparatus; a supporter disk(20) covering the hydrocolloid agent, winded to the apparatus to the fixed direction; a first drum(1) rotating a laminated supporter disk formed on the supporter disk by using a hydrocolloid layer(12) forming a ridge unit(102a); a second drum(2) winding the laminated supporter disk for inserting a concave unit(2a) formed around the edge of the laminated supporter disk into the ridge unit; and a third drum(3) combining the hydrocolloid layer to a separator disk.
