PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent a color shift phenomenon and a light leakage phenomenon in white and black states of a 3D image. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(200) displays a left eye image and a right eye image. A polarizing film(210) is formed on an upper portion of the display panel. A patterned retarder(220) is formed on the polarizing film. The left eye image becomes in a first polarizing state in a left eye area of the patterned retarder. The right eye image becomes in a second polarizing state in a right eye area of the patterned retarder.
