METHOD FOR FABRICATING OF SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating of a solar cell is provided to prevent the recombination of aluminum by forming a BSF layer additionally through a paste. CONSTITUTION: A crystalline silicon substrate of a first conductivity type is prepared(S201). A texturing process is progressed in the surface of the silicon substrate of the first conductivity type(S202). A BSF layer is formed in the rear side of a substrate(S203). A diffusion process is performed to form n-type semiconductor layer in the front of the substrate(S204). The BSG film and the PSG film are removed from the surface of the substrate(S205). A reflection barrier layer is formed on the front of the substrate(S206). A front side electrode and rear side electrode are formed in the substrate(S207).
