PURPOSE: A method for regenerating aggregate from waste packaging materials composed of the mixture of polyurethane and aggregate is provided to eliminate the re-sorting process of aggregate based on sizes by collecting aggregate in the form of original shapes from the waste packaging materials. CONSTITUTION: Waste packaging materials composed of the mixture of polyurethane and aggregate are collected(S100). The collected waste packaging materials are transferred(S200). The transferred waste packaging materials are heated to weaken the adhesive of polyurethane(S300). External power is applied to the waste packaging materials to separate aggregate on which polyurethane is coated(S400). The heating process is implemented at a temperature between 250 and 500 degrees Celsius. |
