PURPOSE: A prefabricated exterior structure of a building wall is provided to protect a building from a strong impact, to replace a design and color, and to reduce maintenance costs due to a facilitate construction and a semi-permanent active condition. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated exterior structure of a building wall comprises upper and lower horizontal rain screens(20,30), a vertical rain screen(40), a earthquake-proof vertical/horizontal fixing member, and a horizontal fixing bracket(80). The upper and lower horizontal rain screens are assembled along a horizontal direction of the earthquake-proof vertical/horizontal fixing member, thereby sending rainwater between exterior panels to downward. The earthquake-proof vertical/horizontal fixing member supports a joint part of the exterior panel and insulation materials and absorbs an outer strong impact by a constant elastic-and-repellent force. The horizontal fixing bracket is fixed in an inner wall of a building to assist a supporting force of the building exterior materials supplied from the earthquake-proof vertical/horizontal fixing member. |
