FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, can be applied in laparoscopic operations in patients with destructive forms of acute pancreatitis. Abdominisation of pancreas is performed through laparoscopic access. Hydraulic urethral dilator with roentgen-positive tip is introduced through right trocar. Dissector is introduced through left trocar. Dilator is introduced on conductor behind pancreas on its lower edge. Position of dilator is checked intraoperationally radiographically. Inflated cuff of dilator is left for a day in pancreatic cellular tissue. After deflation of cuff, dilator is left in formed cavity for its drainage. ^ EFFECT: method ensures uniform movement of pancreas from retroperitoneal space into abdominal cavity, adequate hemostasis of parapancreatic space vessels and its drainage. ^ 1 cl, 1 ex |
