PURPOSE: A frame structure for a stand having a coupling hole, and the stand using thereof are provided to minimize the number of producing the frame, and to enable users to easily assemble and disassemble the stand. CONSTITUTION: A frame structure(7) for a stand having a coupling hole comprises the following: a leg unit(2) with wheels(6) for forming the stand for mounting a white board; a pair of supporters(4) including pillars(3) with the lower side fixed to the leg unit; two horizontal stand(5) connecting the supporters and the pillars; and a coupling bolt(8) penetrating a hole formed on a contacting surface on the center of the frame structure to be coupled to a coupling hole of a circular unit.
