PURPOSE: An LED package is provided to maintain the reliability of a product in long time usage by improving heat-resistance properties through the resin property of a package body. CONSTITUTION: A package body(110) comprises a recess having a receiving space in center. A first electrode(140) and a second electrode(150) are combined in the package body. A light emitting device(130) is accepted within the recess of the package body. A transparent resin layer(170) is filled into the receiving space of the recess. A circuit board(200) comprises an aluminium plate(210), an insulating layer(220), and a metal wiring(230).
