FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be applied for surgical treatment of eye hypotension, developing as complication after fistulising operations in case of glaucoma. Plasty of filtering zone, which consists in closing of fistula from the side of anterior chamber of root zone of iris is performed by suturing it to anterior wall of front chamber angle. For this purpose applied is transscleral approach, and first prick in of needle is carried out in iridocorneal angle near fistula, after that, suture is applied on arch-like trajectory along upper edge of fistula and is ended in iridocorneal angle from the other side of fistula, uninterrupted suture is applied in which each following stitch partially overlaps the previous one. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to normalise intraocular pressure in fast and reliable way, which makes it possible to preserve patients' eyes from irrecoverable vision loss. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex |
