A liquid preparation and ultrafiltration device for blood purification includes a box (1). A waste liquid inlet connector (10), a waste liquid outlet connector (23), a dialysate connector (11), a reverse-osmosis water connector (22), a connector for liquid preparation and a control circuit (26) are installed on the box (1). A first silicon oil chamber (3), a second silicon oil chamber (5), a first piston pump (2), a second piston pump (7), a first gear pump (9) and a second gear pump (21) are installed in the box (1). The reverse-osmosis water connector (22), the second gear pump(21), a third electromagnetic valve (20), a fourth three-way electromagnetic valve (25), the first silicon oil chamber (3), a third three-way electromagnetic valve (18), the second silicon oil chamber (5), the dialysate connector (11) and connection pipelines among them form a dialysate loop. The waste liquid inlet connector (10), the waste liquid outlet connector (23), the first gear pump (9), a fourth electromagnetic valve (45), a first three-way electromagnetic valve (4), the first silicon oil chamber (3), a second three-way electromagnetic valve (6), the second silicon oil chamber (5) and connection pipelines among them form a waste liquid loop.
