METHOD FOR FABRICATING SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a solar cell is provided to simplify a whole process of manufacturing a solar cell by using an ion injection process without thermal diffusion in forming an emitter region. CONSTITUTION: A substrate of a silicon material of a first conductivity type is prepared(S100). A texturing process of the surface of the substrate is performed(S110). A reflection barrier layer is formed in the top side of the silicon substrate(S120). An emitter region is formed in the top side of the silicon substrate(S130). An electrode is formed in the top and bottom of the silicon substrate(S140).
