PURPOSE: A network control device using identification information of an object and a method thereof are provided to easily obtain a domain including a receiving object by a routing hint. CONSTITUTION: An extracting unit(303) extracts identification of a receiving object from received data. When the receiving object is not included in a first domain, a control unit(305) checks forwarding information corresponding to the identification information in a database(307). The control unit transmits the data to a gateway connected with the second domain designated by the forwarding information.
