PURPOSE: A code image providing method for syntagmatically claiming a code image and system thereof are provided to enable claim facilities to confirm a claim statement by authenticating the claim subject target identification values. CONSTITUTION: A data formation unit(125) constitutes integrated claiming identification data which combines a claim target identification value with an identification key value. A coding unit(135) creates an integrated claiming code value by coding the integrated claiming identification data. An encryption unit(140) encodes the integrated claming code value based on an encryption key value. A bit string creation unit(145) creates a coding bit string including the encoded integrated claiming code value. A matrix unit(150) creates matrix data by including the coding bit string to the data area of matrix arrangement structure.
