PURPOSE: A solar cell and manufacturing method of the same are provided to minimize the reflection of sunlight by a photonic crystal layer on the surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and manufacturing method of the same, A substrate(10) is processed by a surface treatment to minimize the reflectivity of the sunlight. An optic crystal layer has a grid structure which is arranged by etching the substrate. An n-junction layer(16) is formed on the top of the substrate. An anti-reflection layer(18) is formed on the top of n-junction layer and protects the reflection of the sunlight. A surface treatment includes a text process in which a surface structural layer is formed on the surface of the substrate. The optic crystal layer includes a plurality of needle-shaped etching grooves by etching the surface structural layer. |
