PURPOSE: A light transmitting multilayer panel(3) is provided to facilitate construction because a reinforcing work, which uses additional silicon, is not required. CONSTITUTION: A light transmitting multilayer panel(3) comprises first, second, and third light transmitting panels(31,32,33), multiple partition walls(34), finishing partition walls, upper water sealing units(36), and lower finishing units(37). The first, second, and third light transmitting panels are vertically separated from each other at uniform intervals. The partition walls integrally connect the light transmitting panels. The finishing partition walls finish the outer ends of the light transmitting panels. Each upper water sealing unit is composed of a first horizontal part and a contact part. The first horizontal parts are horizontally extended from the top ends of the finishing partition walls. The contact parts are upward extended from the ends of the first horizontal parts. Each lower finishing unit is composed of a first vertical part, a second horizontal part, and a finishing bent part. The first vertical parts are downward extended from the bottom ends of the finishing partition walls. The second horizontal parts are inward bent from the first vertical parts. The finishing bent parts are connected to the bottom surface of the third light transmitting panel.
