PURPOSE: A thermal lotion which emits heat on the face, hands or feet is provided to stimulate the skin and to prevent muscle stiffening and skin dryness. CONSTITUTION: A thermal lotion contains: a lotion containing 75-92.2% of water, 1-5 % of emulsifier, and 1-10% of moisturizing agent such as oil, glycerin, butter, and fatty acid; a thermal material containing 0.05-3% of vanillyl butyl ether and 2% of red pepper tint; 1.5% of anion powder which helps blood circulation by generation of anion by contact skin; and 2% of phase change material which maintains body temperature at 35°C.
