PURPOSE: A method for welding a bumper fascia and a holder bracket by ultrasonic vibration is provided to uniformly maintain a welding characteristic or intensity of a bumper fascia and holder bracket. CONSTITUTION: A method for welding a bumper fascia and a holder bracket by ultrasonic vibration is as follows. A plastic base material is molded so that a bumper fascia is manufactured(S110). A pre-set area of the bumper fascia is bored to form a plurality of openings in the bumper fascia(S120). A holder bracket having weld protrusions is arranged correspondently to an area where the openings of the bumper fascia are formed(S130). In case that the weld protrusions are pressurized by a tool horn transferring the ultrasonic vibration, the holder bracket is melted and butt-welded with the bumper fascia(S140).
