Provided is a moisture-curable reactive hot-melt adhesive agent composition which does not contain any vinyl chloride resin, has excellent adhesion to a steel sheet having an oily surface or an electrodeposited steel sheet, can exhibit strength immediately after application, and is therefore effective for improving production cycle properties, and which is suitable for use in automobiles. The purpose can be achieved by a moisture-curable reactive hot-melt adhesive agent comprising a combination of an oxyalkylene polymer having a reactive silicon group, a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester (co)polymer, an adhesiveness-imparting resin and a specific inorganic filler.
