<p>A container (10), utilized for the storage and transport of articles (12), includes a body (20) comprised of one or more sidewalls (40) drawn in a generally longitudinal fashion and two end pieces (30), disposed distally on either end of the container body (20). A plurality of ribs (70) are disposed between the end pieces (30) to facilitate inward compression of the container body (20). In his manner, the container volume can be permanently or temporarily altered to take up the tolerance between the volume of articles (12) and the otherwise fixed volume of the package.</p> |
