The facade has a pipe system (6) including flexible plastic pipes filled with heatable medium e.g. water, air and hot liquid. The system is arranged between an outer side of an outer wall (3) and an insulation layer (5). The pipes are arranged on the outer wall outer side. The medium is heated by an air-heat pump, thermal solar collectors or photovoltaic and/or thermal solar systems. An interior plaster (2) is attached to the outer wall on an inner side of a living room (1). The pipe system is attached to an external plaster (4) on an outer side of the room.
