METHOD FOR PRODUCING FUNCTIONAL GEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional gel which contains a large quantity of gas inside of the gel.

SOLUTION: Water or a solution of low viscosity is poured into a container 1, and a gas is poured into the water or the solution of low viscosity to produce bubbles 5. After some microbubbles 5a in the produced bubbles 5 are broken by a liquid pressure to disappear without reaching the water surface, a gelling agent is added to the water or the solution of low viscosity to generate gelled water or solution of low viscosity.
