<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device which can accurately apply punch machining to stacked workpieces by integrating the plurality of strip-shaped workpieces in a stacked state. <P>SOLUTION: The plurality of strip-shaped workpieces W are intermittently conveyed in the stacked state, and the punch machining is applied to the workpieces W in a working mechanism during a halt of conveyance. In advance of the application of the punch machining to the workpieces W, a through-hole Wa is punched through the stacked workpieces W by a punching mechanism 16.
