<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of a bearer resource control which covers the whole architecture in a system configuration with a flexibility of a policy enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: A local area policy controller 14 determines a resource amount of a local area network bearer which local area user plane apparatuses 11 and 12 provide to an end-to-end service based on a resource amount of a bearer service required to be used in the end-to-end service. A home policy control apparatus 15 determines a resource amount of a core network bearer which a home gate way apparatus 13 provides for the end-to-end service based on the resource amount of the bearer service demanded in order to be used in the end-to-end service. In addition, the home policy control apparatus 15, unless the resource amount of the core network bearer determined by itself matches the resource amount of the local area network bearer determined by the local area policy controller 14, performs processing so as to match them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
