<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape memory alloy actuator that has high quality while being simple in constitution and low in cost, and is configured to further improve controllability and reduce power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The shape memory alloy actuator 1 includes: a wire 7 inserted into a first tube member 11a; a shape memory alloy wire 5 inserted into a second tube material 11b; a movable body 13 which is movable in a direction in which the length of the shape memory alloy wire 5 is varied; an elastic member 15 which applies an external force in a direction in which the shape memory alloy wire 5 extends; and a fixed member 23 to which one end of the second tube member 11b and one end of the shape memory alloy wire 5 are fixed, One end of the wire 7 is connected to the movable body 13, one end of the shape memory alloy wire 5 and one end of the wire 7 are joined to each other by a joining part 9, and the joining part 9 is constituted of a plurality of crimp terminals 9a, 9b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
