In the present invention, technology is disclosed which is capable of securing a high-quality QoS to perform delivery for sudden traffic, wherein according to the technology, when a transmission unit (110) transmits content to a reception unit (120) across a network (130), identification information is added to data packets containing the content which indicates that the packets are to be delivered to an allowed content usage node (150). The packets are delivered with high priority, replicated at a network node (for example, an intermediate node (management node) (140)), and delivered to both the reception unit and the allowed content usage node. By referring to the content stored at the allowed content usage node, it is possible to confirm whether the content should be delivered with high priority. By providing a usage right for the content to the allowed content usage node, it is possible for the content owner to acquire compensation (for example, fees required for high-priority network delivery) therefor. |
