<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a template board tool 1 for ornament production, a tool that can form delicate and intricate parts 8 and motifs 9 while shapes thereof are maintained even if small and that can form several types of parts 8 and motifs 9, when an ornament 10 is produced by making the parts 8 and the motifs 9 by bending a wire 7 of a metallic wire material, and by mounting metal fittings, chains, etc., on the parts 8 and the motifs 9. <P>SOLUTION: The template board tool 1 for ornament production is provided with a large number of fixing holes for the purpose of fixing a tool for bending metallic wires, wherein the large number of fixing holes are arrayed along specific shapes, providing templates of specific shapes and several types. In the fixing holes arrayed along the specific shapes, a bar-like tool 3 is fixed which is for bending the wire 7 of a metallic wire material, with the wire 7 wound around the bar-like tool 3 along the specific shapes.
