<p>A user information providing apparatus (101) has user information stored in a user information accumulation management unit (203), and upon receiving a user information utilization program from a server apparatus (102), analyzes the information utilization program to extract user attribute information to be utilized, and evaluates whether to allow or disallow utilization of the user attribute information, by referring to filter information stored in a filter information accumulation management unit (205). The user information providing apparatus (101) will not execute, upon evaluating that utilization of the user attribute information is not allowed, all of or a part of the user information utilization program, to disallow the user attribute information to be accessed by the user information utilization program, and will execute, when evaluating that utilization of the user attribute information is allowed, the user information utilization program, to allow the user attribute information to be accessed by the user information utilization program.</p> |
