<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The inductor has an insulating film (114) stripped at two ends with predefined length at an insulated conductor. Surfaces of the ends are galvanized such that the surfaces form connections (111) for soldering process. A core (12) has fixed length and variable width and height corresponding to each other according to different diameters of the conductor. A coil (11) is formed by wrapping an insulated wire (112). A choke coil insulated conductor with different diameters comprises windings under a condition of fixed size of a standardized chip component. #CMT# : #/CMT# The core is made from different materials such as ceramic, magnesium-zinc ferrite and nickel-zinc ferrite. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Chip-type wire-wound inductor. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The choke coil insulated conductor with different diameters comprises windings under the condition of fixed size of the standardized chip component, so that different properties such as small-size and high-frequency, of the wire-wound inductor can be obtained. The chip-type wire-wound inductor is manufactured in a quick and simple manner.
