<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton which can store easily articles, has a gripping means strongly holding them and being simply carried, and is prepared at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In a top-gripping type carton for holding a plurality of articles arranged into two rows, a first sidewall, a first top wall, a first keel, a second keel, a second top wall and a second sidewall are connected in this order, and the top parts of the articles of a first row are held by slits formed in a pair on the folding line of the first top wall end part, and the top parts of the articles of a second row are held by slits formed in a pair on the folding line of the second top wall end part. The first keel and the second keel extend inward of the carton, to form a keel part with a V-shaped cross-section brought into contact with the articles, and the first sidewall and the second sidewall surround the circumferences of the articles and are connected with each other at the front end part and the back end part of the carton to fix the rows of the articles, and have at least one strap handle formed by punching by a slit spreading over the first sidewall, the first top wall, the first keel, the second keel, the second top wall and the second sidewall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
