<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a metallocene-type catalyst usable in the polymerization of olefin. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a ligand which has at least one fluorosilicon substituent expressed by formula (I): [A][Si(R)3-nRfn]z or formula (II) being two kinds of general formulae, relates to a production method of them, and also relates to the production of the catalyst useful for olefin-polymerizing them. The catalyst suitably contains either of two kinds of metallocene as a pre-catalyst, and contains a co-catalyst. A mixture of either of at least two or more kinds of metallocene can be used, and also is usable when, in particular, a comparatively wide molecular weight distribution is desired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
