摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertial measuring device with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An inertial measuring device 1 comprises an acceleration portion 51 capable of detecting gravity acceleration working on an article to be measured, angle speed portions 52, 53 having a plurality of angle speed sensors capable of detecting the rotating motion of the article to be measured, and a computing portion 54 in which a plurality of processing functions is integrated. The angle speed portion 52 includes three angle speed sensors capable of detecting the respective angle speed of XYZ axes, and the angle speed portion 53 includes one or more angle speed sensor capable of detecting an angle speed of an axis which is different from detection axes of the three angle speed sensors. The computing portion 54 calculates the angle speed of the axis which is the most parallel with a gravity axis, except for the angle speed sensor having the detection axis which is the most parallel with the gravity axis, from the four-six angle speed sensors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
