The shoe has an insole (1) made of a structure sole (11) consisting of flexible hard material. The structure sole consists of lead-like ribs, which are aligned perpendicular to a longitudinal axis. Multi-wall sheets (24) are arranged at a region of the structure sole and at an outsole (10) connected with the structure sole. The sheets form a connecting projection e.g. plug base, or a clamping projection or a threaded projection e.g. threaded bolt (26), which is aligned downwardly and projected from the outsole. The projections are attached on replaceable cleats (28) or spikes.
