<p>This flow quantity detecting device is provided with a flowmeter (11), which outputs an output value (Vd) corresponding to the flow quantity of a gas, and the flow quantity detecting device detects the flow quantity of the gas by calculating the flow quantity of the gas on the basis of the output value outputted from the flowmeter. On the basis of the flow quantity of the gas that passes through the flowmeter, and the change rate of the quantity, the flow quantity detecting device determines whether the output value outputted from the flowmeter is to be corrected or not. When it is determined that the output value outputted from the flowmeter is to be corrected, the output value outputted from the flowmeter is corrected, and on the basis of the corrected output value, the flow quantity of the gas is calculated.</p> |
