<p>The present invention relates to a process for producing novel 1-position amino-derivatives of 1-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)propane-2-ol having general formula I: <IMAGE> I where R1 and R2 are hydrogen, alkyl having 1 to 2 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or benzyl, with the proviso that R1 and R2 are not at the same time hydrogen, cycloalkyl or benzyl and where, R1 and R2 taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a ring having 5 to 7 bonds, which may contain another heteroatom selected from oxygen or nitrogen which can be substituted by benzyl or hydroxyl, as well as the non-toxic addition salts of such derivatives.</p> |
