<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing retinal pigment cells, allowing a cell membrane to be easily released without breaking by controlling the adhesion force between the surface of a culture substrate and retinal pigment cells and by a low-temperature treatment after the culture. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of culturing retinal pigment cells, retinal pigment cells are cultured on a cell culture substrate containing a copolymer (A) of a monomer (a) expressed by formula (1) (in the formula, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>expresses a hydrogen atom or methyl group, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>expresses a 1-3C alkyl group, and n expresses an integer of 4-30) and methoxyethyl acrylate (b), and at least one kind of inorganic material (B) selected from water-swellable clay mineral and silica; and after that, the cultured cells are released from the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
