<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic stop control device of a vehicle which can prevent an engine from restarting at wrong timing. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic stop control device of vehicle, when predetermined automatic stop conditions are satisfied during vehicle stop, automatically stops an engine, and when predetermined restarting conditions are satisfied after the automatic stop, restarts the engine. At least one of the predetermined automatic stop conditions is brake stepping-on operation during vehicle stop, and at least one of the predetermined restarting conditions is brake stepping-on operation. When a shift range position is non-travel range position, during vehicle stoppage, the automatic stop of the engine is prohibited, even when brake stepping-on operation is detected, for a first time period from the start of vehicle stoppage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
