<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CO detecting method capable of accurately detecting CO in combustion gas when detecting CO after reducing the combustion gas generated in a combustion device by an NOx reduction catalyst, a CO detecting device, and a boiler. <P>SOLUTION: A CO detecting device 25 for detecting CO included in combustion gas G2 generated in a combustion device and reduced by an NOx reduction catalyst, comprises a CO sensor 26, an H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>selective oxidation catalyst 27 selectively oxidizing H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>included in detection target gas GS made from at least a part of the combustion gas G2, a cylindrical body 30 leading the detection target gas GS oxidized by the H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>selective oxidation catalyst 27 to the CO sensor, and an air supply nozzle 32 supplying O<SB POS="POST">2</SB>to the detection target gas GS. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
