The present invention relates to a lighting module, having at least one lighting component (1); at least one lighting component bracket (2) for bearing at least one lighting component (1); and one mounting trail (3), wherein, each lighting component bracket (2) is mounted onto the mounting trail (3) and fixed on the shell of the illuminating device by the mounting trail (3). The lighting module according to the present invention has a fishbone structure with a relatively light structure weight, and meets the requirement of double-side illumination without notably changing the structure weight. Moreover, the present invention also relates to a method for fabricating the lighting module of the above type. Finally, the present invention relates to an illuminating device having at least one lighting module of the above type.
