PURPOSE: A sunlight collector using a reflector, a solar energy concentration control system, and a control method thereof are provided to collect thermal energy by reflecting the sunlight. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight collector using a reflector comprises a control member, a reflecting mirror(110), a heat collecting plate, and a cold and hot water pipe(130). A plurality of reflection cells is arranged in the reflecting mirror. The reflection cell is driven by the motor driving signal Based on the power from the motor. The reflection cell is controlled in all directions. The reflection cell is controlled according to each angle of reflection. The heat collecting plate is separated from the reflecting mirror. The heat collecting plate heat-collects the reflection light reflected from the angle reflection cell. The cold water provided from outside is switched into the warm water.
