<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation device for ancillary service amount being supplied, capable of evaluating ancillary services supplied from users. <P>SOLUTION: An evaluation device for ancillary service amount being supplied comprises: an user information storage unit 15 for storing the rated output of secondary batteries 12a to 12n of users 11a to 11n who allow to bear a share of ancillary services and for storing the amount of preliminarily applied ancillary service supply to a power system operator; reserve power calculation means 16 for calculating the reserve power of the secondary batteries based on operation amount of the secondary batteries due to the needs of each user and the rated output of the secondary batteries; operational record comparison means 17 for calculating the difference or ratio between the reserve power of the secondary batteries calculated by the reserve power calculation means 16 and the preliminarily applied amount of ancillary service supply; and user evaluation means 18 for evaluating the ancillary services of the secondary batteries of each user based on the difference or ratio obtained by the operational record comparison means 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
