摘要 PURPOSE: A negative electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery comprising lithium titanium composite oxide, and a lithium secondary battery, a battery pack and a vehicle using the same are provided to secure stability by preventing precipitation of lithium metal. CONSTITUTION: A negative electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery comprises a lithium titanium complex oxide, a binder, a conductive material, and a lithium precipitation suppression material of 0 ~ 1.1 V reaction potential with lithium ions. The lithium titanium complex oxide represents spinel type Li_4+x Ti5 O12 (x is 0<=x<=3), ramsdellite type lithium titanium oxide of Li_2+y Ti3 O7 (yis 0<=y<=3) or lithium titanate of Li_(1+x) Ti_(2-x) O_y (x is -0.2 <=x<=1.0, y is 3<=y<=4).
