<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying an extra-high pressure hydraulic oil to a work in autofrettage process. <P>SOLUTION: This method of supplying and filling the hydraulic oil for the autofrettage process includes: a stage of supplying and filling a low pressure hydraulic oil to a sealed inside through-passage (IC) via any of one and other connecting ports (7 and 7') by sealing the one and other connecting ports (7 and 7') by a clamp; a stage of sealing both one and other through-passage end part ports (8 and 8') by a clamp respectively with a sealing member (22) and a sealing pipe (23) after filling the low pressure hydraulic oil; and a stage of supplying and filling the hydraulic oil boosted to extra-high pressure by a boosting cylinder (50) in the inside through-passage (IC) via a communicating passage (24) arranged in the sealing pipe (23) after sealing the through-passage end part ports (8 and 8') by the clamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
