摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering the interlock of a distributed power supply facility to a power system capable of quickly recovering the interlock of a distributed power supply to a power system after a temporary accident in a power system is recovered. <P>SOLUTION: An isolated operation detector 28 opens a circuit breaker 15 at a power receiving terminal connecting a distributed power supply facility to a power system when the distributed power supply facility starts an isolated operation. An isolated operation controller 29 makes an isolated operation of the distributed power supply facility after selectively disconnects loads when the distributed power supply facility cannot supply all the in-house loads including the load of the secondary battery under a charging operation. When a power receiving terminal voltage decision part 30 decides a voltage of the power receiving terminal of the power system is at a prescribed voltage after the distributed power supply facility starts the isolated operation, a system concurrent unit 31 synchronizes the output voltage of the distributed power supply facility with the voltage of the power receiving terminal of the power system to close the circuit breaker 15 at the power receiving terminal so as to sequentially resuming a power receiving of the loads once disconnected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
