The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a polyester film for a solar cell, which has excellent hydrolysis resistance and is rarely curled during processing; and an easily adhesible polyester film for a solar cell, which has good hydrolysis resistance and excellent adhesion properties and transparency; and a front sheet produced using the easily adhesible polyester film. This polyester film for a solar cell is characterized in that the lengths of crystals aligned in the lengthwise direction on face (-105) are 50 Å or longer as measured by a wide angle X-ray diffraction method, the film has an MOR value (MOR-C) of 1.0-2.0 when the thickness of the film is deemed as 50 µm, and the film has a density of 1.37-1.40 g/cm3. This easily adhesible polyester film for a solar cell comprises the above-mentioned polyester film for a solar cell and a coating layer that is mainly composed of a urethane resin and a block isocyanate and is formed on at least one surface of the polyester film.
