The present invention relates to an orthognathic surgical instrument, comprising: an osteotomy site anchorage unit which is coupled to the jawbone of a patient so as to anchor the osteotomy site for orthognathic surgery; and an orthodontic anchorage, which is arranged in the osteotomy site anchorage unit and installed within the oral cavity together with the osteotomy site anchorage unit, so as to perform an orthodontic treatment along with the anchorage of the osteotomy site performed by the osteotomy site anchorage unit. According to the orthognathic surgical instrument of the present invention, the orthodontic anchorage, which functions as an anchorage during orthodontic treatment, is arranged in the osteotomy site anchorage unit for recombining the osteotomy site of a jawbone, thereby enabling orthognathic surgery and an orthodontic treatment to be performed at the same time.
