PURPOSE: A data output circuit is provided to control a slow rate of an output signal by controlling impedance and a driving force of a pre-driver. CONSTITUTION: A main driver includes a pull-up driver(P100) and a pull-down driver(N100). The pull-up driver is connected between a node connected to the pad and a power voltage terminal. The pull-down driver is connected between the node connected to the pad and a ground voltage terminal. An impedance control circuit(130) controls impedance of a node by sensing a voltage level of the node connected to the pad. The impedance control circuit generates a pull-up control signal and a pull-down control signal according to the sensed voltage level of the node. A pre-driver controls the driving performance of the pull-up driver and the pull-down driver in response to the pull-up control signal, the pull-down control signal, and data. |
