<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake strengthening structure capable of achieving excellent reinforcement and earthquake resistant effects by reinforcing a column section of a concrete structure while suppressing an increase in a thickness of a reinforcement member installed in an open area. <P>SOLUTION: Reinforcement plates 7 are placed on both sides of a column section 3 in a thickness direction with a distance almost the same as the width of the column section 3. A solidification material is filled and hardened in a space between the opposing reinforcement plates 7. The column section 3 and the hardened solidification material are kept in a compressed state in the thickness direction by fastening binding members 9 penetrating the opposing reinforcement plates 7 and the hardening material. A composite reinforcement body 11 is constructed by placing pressure-bonding plates 13a on both surfaces of a reinforced concrete wall 12a in the thickness direction, and compressing the pressure-bonding plates 13a and the reinforced concrete wall 12a by fastening the bonding members 9 penetrating the pressure-bonding plates 13a and the reinforced concrete wall 12a in the thickness direction so as to keep the same in the compressed state. An upper portion of the composite reinforcement body 11 is fixed to a beam section 2 and a lower portion of the composite reinforcement body 11 is fixed to a floor section 4. The composite reinforcement body 11 has a thickness less than that of the column section 3 and a ratio of a width to a height of 10 to 40%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
