METHOD FOR PREPARING COLOR FILTER BY INKJET PRINTING USING HIGH-FLATNESS PROPERTY OVERCOAT COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A color filter manufacturing method by an inkjet printing process which uses high-planarization overcoat composition is provided to improve contrast ratio of a color filter and reduce the thickness difference between the core part and edge part of a color pattern. CONSTITUTION: A color pattern is formed using an inkjet printing method. An overcoat film is formed on the color pattern. A level difference between the central part and edge part of the color pattern in which the overcoat film is formed is 0 to 0.3 micrometer. The overcoat film is made of high-planarization overcoat composition which has flatness of 90 percent or better.
